As a child he moved to Nashville with his parents and attended Nashville city schools. About 1894 he married Minnie Montrey Keopf, who died in 1957. was employed by (Kirkpatrick Lumber company 35 years, retiring about 20 years ago. Since his retirement he had been employed a nightwatchman for First American National bank for several vears. He a member of Meridian Street Methodist church.

Cullman Man Dies In Truck Accident CULLMAN. -Warren W. Nesmith, 38, of a feed and farm business operators here, was fatally burned yesterday when his pickup truck missed culvert on the Guntersville highway north of here.

The truck left the highway and plunged across a small creek where it plowed into trees and burst into flames. Nesmith's body was found in the cab of the truck. He was the son of W. J. Neformer Cullman mayor.

Chester Dillard Wallace GALLATIN Chester Dillard Wallace, 52, of Gallatin, construction worker at the TVA steam plant here, died of a heart attack yesterday afternoon while at work.
